Print out your design of choice
cut your cardboard to the size of your paper and tape on the design
cut straws to be 2 1/2 inches long in your desired colors
glue the cut staws on the dotted lines
add two drops of non-toxic watercolor to each side of the cotton swab (match your colors) and let dry
Show your child how to put in the cotton swab and match the colors
Let them play!
